John Conley – Artistic Director
约翰·康利在巴黎摄影与艺术领域深耕 25 载，兼具深厚行业积淀与国际视野。曾担任著名时尚摄影师彼得・林德伯格（Peter Lindbergh）的档案经理，主导协调纽约、巴黎、伦敦、米兰、东京、莫斯科、柏林等全球核心艺术城市的画廊及博物馆展览策划与销售事务，构建起广泛的国际艺术网络。
作为独立摄影师，其创作实践同样亮眼，作品曾在巴黎、戛纳、阿尔勒、金边、日内瓦、洛杉矶等多地亮相个人及团体展览，形成创作与策展的双向赋能。
此外，他在巴黎摄影学院任教并担任展览经理逾 10 年，期间每年策划多场具有影响力的展览，并统筹协调彼得・林德伯格、保罗・罗韦西、莎拉・穆恩、玛格南图片社、安托万・阿加塔等顶尖艺术家及机构的合作会议，以专业策展理念推动摄影艺术的跨界传播与学术交流。
John Conley has been deeply engaged in the Parisian photography and art scene for over 25 years, accumulating extensive professional experience and a broad international perspective. He previously served as archive manager for the renowned fashion photographer Peter Lindbergh, where he led and coordinated the planning and sales of gallery and museum exhibitions across major global art centers—including New York, Paris, London, Milan, Tokyo, Moscow, and Berlin—establishing a robust international network within the art world.
As an independent photographer, John Conley’s artistic practice is equally distinguished. His work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Paris, Cannes, Arles, Phnom Penh, Geneva, Los Angeles, and other international cities, fostering a dynamic interplay between artistic creation and curatorial practice.
In addition, John Conley has taught at the Speos Photography School in Paris and served as exhibition manager for more than a decade. During this time, he curated numerous influential exhibitions annually and facilitated collaborative initiatives with leading artists and institutions such as Peter Lindbergh, Paolo Roversi, Sarah Moon, Magnum Photos, and Antoine d’Agata, advancing the cross-disciplinary dissemination and academic dialogue of photographic art through rigorous curatorial frameworks.
周易 – 虚白画廊画廊主
Zhou Yi – the owner of Bai Gallery
1989 年生于北京， 毕业于中国传媒大学电影电视导演和电影电视摄影专业， 巴黎第八大学当代艺术专业以及巴黎第一大学当代艺术创作专业研究生。拥有十余年中央电视台北京电视台等电视导演经验 。作为资深媒体人 ，兼具国际视野与学术积淀。主要负责画廊媒体业务。

Born in Beijing in 1989, Zhou Yi graduated from Communication University of China with majors in Film & TV Directing and Film & TV Cinematography. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Contemporary Art from Université Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis and a postgraduate degree in Contemporary Art Creation from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
With over a decade of experience as a TV director at China Central Television (CCTV) and Beijing TV Station, Zhou Yi is a seasoned media professional endowed with an international perspective and solid academic foundation. She is primarily responsible for the gallery’s media-related operations.

申春阳 – 商务|策展经理
Chunyang Shen – Business|Curatorial Manager
申春阳生于1997年， 毕业于巴黎EAC（法国艺术文化管理学院） 艺术市场管理专业，取得硕士学位 。 曾任职于巴黎Galerie Francis Barlier 、Galerie Crèvecoeur等画廊，并参与艺术博览会Paris Internationale的相关工作 。曾与中国台湾艺术家吴炫三、法国艺术家Igor Bitman等多位艺术家共同工作。
Shen Chunyang was born in 1997. She graduated from EAC (École d’Art et Culture) in Paris with a master’s degree in Art Market Management. She has worked at galleries such as Galerie Francis Barlier and Galerie Crèvecoeur in Paris and has been involved in the Paris Internationale art fair. She has collaborated with many artists, including Taiwanese artist Wu Xuan San and French artist Igor Bitman.
丹尼尔·克劳森 – IT 技术工程师
Daniel Klausen – IT technician
丹尼尔·克劳森在卑尔根大学完成了学业，获得了信息技术硕士学位和互联网文化学士学位。他于 2022 年取得硕士学位，目前为虚白画廊特约 IT 技术工程师。
Daniel Klausen finished his education at Bergen University with a master’s degree in IT and a bachelor’s degree in Internet Culture. He completed his master’s in 2022 and works as an IT technician for Bai Gallery.
